★生乳酪內餡
採用進口歐洲動物性鮮奶油、澳洲奶油乳酪高品質煉成、由裡到外的都是濃厚奶香。
滑順香醇的香堤內餡在口中化開，整體奶味十足不甜膩。

★達克瓦茲餅皮
達克瓦茲來自法國的道地甜點，使用蛋白、杏仁粉和糖粉製成的蛋白餅
外層口感酥脆、內餡蓬鬆柔軟，成為十七世紀法國皇室御用點心。
達克瓦茲餅皮帶有濃厚的杏仁香氣，表面有珍珠般的圓粒糖霜，帶有酥脆口感。
